About the Lawganised Legal Profession Competency Framework

The Lawganised Legal Profession Competency Framework offers principals a clear framework for competencies required for promotion and, if required, performance management, plus can be utilised as an addendum to your firm’s Position Descriptions. It provides law firms with a list of competencies across a variety of experience levels in a law firm, namely:
